For this particular movement meditation it is focused on free flowing ecstatic dancing. Inviting people to let their body move in ways that feel comfortable and calling to them. It’s a way to allow yourself to be completely free in expressing oneself, so we can be fully present in the moment. During the workshop there is no talking between participants to allow people to fully embrace the present moment. Also, this practice is done barefoot to fully allow you to connect with your body. You will also be given certain invitations throughout the meditation to participate in as desired. While the majority of the time it will just be you, the music, and the moment.
