Join us for a mindful outdoor experience! We'll gather at Rachel Carson Conservation Park at 10:00 am. Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early. This is an opportunity to deepen our connection with nature and ourselves.
You will be guided through practices to help expand your senses and tap into the present moment awareness. No prior experience is necessary. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to mindfulness, this event is for you! The Spring is a time of renewal and growth, and we invite you to cultivate a sense of mindfulness and inner joy as we embrace this season.
Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes suitable for the weather. This event will be held rain or shine, so please dress accordingly. We look forward to seeing you there!
