Join us on a mindful outdoor experience to celebrate the coming of the Summer Solstice. We'll gather at Rachel Carson Conservation Park at 10:00 am. Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early.
This is an opportunity to deepen our connection with nature and ourselves.This is the perfect opportunity for self discovery by building a deeper connection with nature. You will be guided through different practices to help expand your senses and tap into the present moment. No prior experience is necessary. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to mindfulness, this event is for you!
The summer solstice is time to let our inner light shine bright. To share with the world who we are and what we have to offer. When we connect with nature it can allow us to truly be ourselves without any judgement. We can take these insights and integrate them into our daily lives.
Take this opportunity to cultivate a sense of mindfulness, inner joy, and gratitude as we embrace this new season. Being in nature also have many health benefits ranging from reducing anxiety, stress, and depression to boosting our immune systems.
Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes suitable for the weather. This event will be held rain or shine, so please dress accordingly. We look forward to seeing you there!
