Mindful Nature Walk: Fall Equinox Celebration

  • Rachel Carson Conservation Park 22201 Zion Road Brookeville, MD, 20833 United States (map)

Join us on a mindful nature walk to celebrate the Fall Equinox. We'll gather at Rachel Carson Conservation Park at 10:00 am. Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early.

This is an opportunity to deepen our connection with nature and ourselves through self discovery and mindfulness. You will be guided through different practices to help expand your senses and tap into the present moment. No prior experience is necessary. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to mindfulness, this event is for you!

The Fall Equinox is a reflection of balance. It is about taking the time to pause, reflect, rest, and build that deeper connection within ourselves. Take this opportunity to cultivate a sense of mindfulness, inner joy, and gratitude as we embrace this new season.

Being in nature also has many health benefits ranging from reducing anxiety, stress, depression and boosting our immune systems.

Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes suitable for the weather. This event will be held rain or shine, so please dress accordingly. We look forward to seeing you there!

We will meet at the information board in the parking lot! Fill out the waiver beforehand.

Please notify at least 48hrs before if you are unable to attend to receive a refund.
